Our full-service approach combines creative expertise, meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive design project management. From the initial consultation through to final installation, we guide our clients through every phase, coordinating the details and bringing together the right people to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
How we Work
01 | Initial Consultation
Our process begins with an in-home consultation, typically lasting 1.5–2 hours. We take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences and functional needs while discussing the scope, priorities, budget and anticipated timeline of your project.
02 | Design Summary & Proposal
Following our consultation, we prepare a Design Summary outlining the proposed scope of work, along with a design services proposal. Once approved, we begin bringing your vision to life.
03 | Concept Development
We develop a cohesive design direction through space planning, inspiration imagery, colour palettes, material selections and preliminary furnishings, ensuring every element reflects your personal style and the overall vision for your home.
04 | Design Presentation & Refinement
We present a comprehensive design package featuring detailed floor plans, elevations, design drawings, realistic renderings, material and finish selections, furnishings and lighting. A detailed proposal outlining all selected items and associated pricing accompanies the presentation, providing a clear understanding of the proposed investment. Together, we review the design, refine selections and finalize the details for approval.
05 | Procurement & Project Coordination
With the design approved, we oversee purchasing, custom orders, supplier coordination and delivery schedules. For renovation and new-build projects, we collaborate closely with architects, contractors and skilled trades to ensure the design vision is carried through every stage.
06 | Installation & Finishing Touches
The final stage brings everything together. We coordinate furniture deliveries, installations, window treatments, artwork and accessories, carefully attending to the finishing details that transform a beautifully designed space into a home.
