About us
The founder
I am a full service designer with an incredible team of skilled trades and suppliers. I am so grateful to do what I am so passionate about day in day out. This all started in the early 2000’s when I was selling real estate in a robust market in midtown Toronto where I staged all my own listings. This ignited my love for transforming spaces. I decided to give up the selling and focus on staging homes. Years later after completing the Interior Decorating program at George Brown College I relaunched as Karin Kolb Interiors.
I now focus on designing homes, cottages, ski chalets, country homes and villas in Toronto, North Kawartha, Collingwood/Creemore and Barbados. With a background as a Realtor and Home Stager I not only consider the personal wants, needs and practical considerations of my clients but also the resale aspect of every project I undertake.
From the first consultation to the final reveal I make every effort to make sure that this process runs smoothly and efficiently and so you are not only happy, but excited with the end result.

Kaitlyn Ianni
Junior Designer
Kaitlyn joined Karin Kolb Interiors in 2021. Kaitlyn has creative ideas and brings knowledge to all our projects by contributing to the coordination, sourcing and layout designs for our clients. Kaitlyn works closely with Karin on all design projects, sourcing and all administration. Kaitlyn’s design style is inspired by neutral colour palettes and organic textures. Kaitlyn’s client approach brings together each client’s unique style, interests and needs. Kaitlyn’s assists in giving our clients a home that they can be proud of, one that truly represents who they are and that tells the story they want to tell.
Caroline Mason
Freelance Intermediate Designer
Caroline joined Karin Kolb Interiors in 2023. She graduated from George Brown College in the Interior Design Technology program in 2021 where both the artistic and the technical skill required to excel in this field. Caroline excels in taking our designs and turning them into beautiful plans and concepts. Caroline’s technical expertise, creativity and eye for design is a huge asset to our team and our clients.
Michelle Bellissimo
Freelance Intermediate Designer
Michelle Joined Karin Kolb Interiors in 2021. She has a degree in Interior Design from Humber ITAL and has won multiple creative design awards during her career. Michelle has extensive experience in both the residential and commercial industry. Michelle has a classic design esthetic and brings an elevated elegance to all of the designs she creates and is a valuable asset to our team.
